Mount Anvil – Union Street

Mount Anvil purchased this site in October 2012 from Union Street Ltd to provide much-needed high-quality homes in Southwark. Spread across three buildings, Union Street offered 85 new homes. Situated within walking distance of The Shard at the heart of Southwark’s renewal and regeneration area, this project was completed at the end of 2014 with the tile order totaling 3000m² to complete 85 properties.

Each property’s floor areas were fully tiled, and underfloor heating was supplied. The project was spread across three buildings, presenting some challenges in terms of unloading materials on site, but we soon found a solution. Diesse also advised on the adhesive and grout specification in partnership with Bal Adhesives.
